Please read the following terms carefully to understand when exchanges are allowed.

Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
✅ Conditions for Exchange / Return
All exchange or return requests must meet both conditions below:
1️⃣ Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
2️⃣ Items must be in original condition
📦 What Does “Original Condition” Mean?
The item must be:

Unused and unwashed

Unscented
-
Free from stains, makeup, or marks

Not modified in any way

With original tags attached

In original, undamaged packaging
⏳ Processing Time

Once the item is received at our warehouse, the exchange process will begin as soon as possible.
🚚 Shipping Fees

If the item has a manufacturing defect, Contessa Collection will cover the delivery fee.

For all other cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
❌ Rejected Exchange / Return Requests

Contessa Collection reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the policy conditions.

Rejected items must be collected by the customer within 7 days of notification.

If not collected within this period, Contessa Collection is not responsible for storing the item, and it may be disposed of.

Products purchased during offer or sale periods

🔁 Exchanges After an Offer Ends

If an exchange is requested after an offer period:

The item will be exchanged at its original price,

Except when exchanging only for size or color (if allowed).
