Please read the following terms carefully to understand when exchanges are allowed.
🚫 No Refunds
- Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
✅ Conditions for Exchange / Return
All exchange or return requests must meet both conditions below:
1️⃣ Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
2️⃣ Items must be in original condition
📦 What Does “Original Condition” Mean?
The item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Unscented
- Free from stains, makeup, or marks
- Not modified in any way
- With original tags attached
- In original, undamaged packaging
⏳ Processing Time
- Once the item is received at our warehouse, the exchange process will begin as soon as possible.
🚚 Shipping Fees
- If the item has a manufacturing defect, Contessa Collection will cover the delivery fee.
- For all other cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
❌ Rejected Exchange / Return Requests
- Contessa Collection reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the policy conditions.
- Rejected items must be collected by the customer within 7 days of notification.
- If not collected within this period, Contessa Collection is not responsible for storing the item, and it may be disposed of.
🏷️ Sale & Offer Items
- No exchange or return on:Items listed in the “Outlet” sectionProducts purchased during offer or sale periods
🔁 Exchanges After an Offer Ends
- If an exchange is requested after an offer period:The item will be exchanged at its original price,Except when exchanging only for size or color (if allowed).
